About Lane James
This grizzled observer Lane James tells a story about the sweet things life and the crap going down. From blues to ballad, from tender to torn, you could be sitting on the dock with Lucy Bright eyes or tearing down the walls in Mexico Way.
This is worth more than a listen. Time for the truth speaks of the good in man and frustration of the things needing fixing in our lives.
Lane came from a background in music. His mother was a professor of classic guitar at Seattle Pacific University. But this was not his direction. After dropping out of high school and leaving home at age 17 he was then drafted and sent to Vietnam where all things changed for him. On his return he found the need to release his emotions thru writing music.
He released an Album in 1983 called Takin the Happy Road Home with some success and then dropped out to raise a family and a business.
30 years later Hes back for the second time with the release of Time for The Truth
